• Get treatment. You may be reluctant to admit you need treatment .Dont let the fear of being labeled with a mental illness prevent you from seeking help.Treatment help you overcome and to face the challenges that come to your life .Treatment make you fell better to start a new chapter in your life.
• Dont let stigma create self – doubt and shame.Stigma doesn’t just come from others. You may mistakenly believe that your condition is a sign of personal weakness or that you should be able to control it without help.Seeking counseling, educating yourself about your condition and connecting with others who have mental illness can help you gain self – esteem and overcome all your doubts.
• Dont isolate yourself.Your family, friends , or members of your community can offer you support if the know about your mental health illness .Reach out for the people you trust the most ,support and understanding each other.
• Join a support group. If you have a mental health illness try to participate for the program relating to mental health because it can help you understand what is your purpose in this world . Get rehab yourself if you feel thats was best for you.
